The cost for the trek is INR 3000/- per person
Cost Includes:
* Transportation Kolhapur to Kolhapur by private bus
* Accommodation in Tents on Multiple Sharing Basis
* Vegetarian Food ( 2 Breakfast, 2Lunch, 1 Dinner)
* Activities and Instructors/ Expert Charges
Boat and Forest Entry Charges for Vasota Trek
* All Taxes and Service Charges
Cost Does not Include:
* Food ordered other than included meals in the Cost
* Personal Expenses like Soft Drinks, Mineral water, etc.
* Dinner on last day of trek
Schedule :
Saturday 22nd November 2014
Meeting point at Gardan Hotel sharp at 05:00 am
Depart for Satara by 05:30 am
Reach Camp site by 11:00 am
Fresh'n up and have a lunch on camp site at 01 :30 pm
Kayaking and Swimming in the Koyna Backwaters till
evening
Around 06:00 pm reach at Camp site and have
evening tea/snacks.
Enjoy evening at the Camp site. Dinner will be served
by 09:30 pm
After dinner Camp-fire, Games playing.
Sunday 23 rd November 2014
week up call at 6 :00 am in morning
Fresh'n up and Breakfast in the morning by 08:00 am
09:00 am Start the boat ride to base of Vasota Fort with
packed lunch
Around 10:30 am start the trek to Vasota Fort which
takes around 2 hrs to reach at top of the Fort.
Around 01:30 pm Have lunch and fort exploration,
Around 03:00 pm Head back to the base of fort and
reach by 05:30 pm for return boat ride.
Around 06:30 pm reach at Camp site and have
evening tea.
Start back journey at 7:00 pm.
Things To Carry :
A Water Bottle (Minimum 2 Liters)
Ready to eat food (Plum cakes, Biscuits etc.)
Medicine those you require usually (Optional).
Personal basic medical kit (Containing an antiseptic,
few bandages, Antibiotics for stomach infection,
Enerzal / Electrol powder , Glucon D, Lemon etc)
Keep an extra pair of cloths.
Torch with Extra Battery
Sun Cap, Sun Glasses.
A Day Pack (Small Sack) to carry thing on the trek.
A haversack to put all these things.
Limited Seats are available, kindly confirm your seat by paying your trek fees as early as possible. Last date for registration is 10th November 2014
Kindly note :
Please avoid wearing gold ornaments and do not carry any valuable things.
Consuming Alcohol, Tobacco and Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED
